Unfair ban! I am not cheater!

Hello, on 03/26/2024 my account was unreasonably blocked due to an unknown server in discord. I'm not a cheater, I've never been one and I'm not going to be one. Their accusations are baseless. Besides, I use an iPhone, how was I supposed to install cheats on it? If you look at my GA history, it was just a banal glitch on the site, where the battle lasted 5 seconds, and there were 50 banners and only 1 attempt. And all the units are dead.
So, I am asking you to unblock the account that was unreasonably blocked due to the actions of an unofficial server in the discord.

Ah, thanks. I searched the kits for "ignore" (to find "this attack ignores protection") but forgot about that debuff.
Nobody bans anyone based on a server
it’s a server to report players outside of forums or other channels and that no one gets banned based on it
very interesting that you never shared any of the conversation with your guild leader where i explained all of it and how you just need to wait for the appeal to happen but okay
Or maybe it isn't a glitch and it is an unintended side effect of using a hacked/altered client.
No point in either of us making these claims, none of us players know how this has happened. All we know is that CG has deemed both of those players to have violated the TOS and have been banned.
