Why is Phoenix team immune to plague?

I notece already in the previous conquest when I’m using NS against Phoenix my team can’t apply plague on them why?

They aren't immune. But they have ability to heal on receiving debuffs (shared from Kanan), and plague is healed on 100% health. So let's say you hit them with Talzin special - it damages them, applies Plague, then Phoenix team heals and, if that heal takes them to 100% HP then plague immediately wears off.
