Will there be new characters 14th?

I know that patch notes may not be complete, but is there a definite chance of new characters this update?

If they are not adding any new characters I think some chromium exclusive characters will be available in new shipments

It sounds like there will be guild currency and a guild shop. This could mean new toons or as said above a place for some chromium to appear. I'm hoping for a little of both.
