no help in game or from ea help. website is misleading

iv been having a issue where my ea connect is set up with a very old and forgotten email. in game it says to contact support to change it. in game support never responds . and when i try the web site version , even tho it specifically says i can use my player id they could do nothing with that and kept asking for the email my ea account was attached too that i explained 3 times i do not remember or have access to any more. i don't know if it a communication error on their part or they are just a bot but i am extremely unhappy with the support im given when i spend WAY too much money on this game as is only for me to basically be told im sol.
