Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace item unavailable

I am still unable to collect any pieces for the Mk 10 Taggleco Lens Salvage of which 50 are required for the Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace. Which is the final item for several of my heroes to advance to gear lvl IX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to be the case... I have 3 or 4 characters waiting on this thing

They announced around the end of march that this items would come with the guilds update later this month. Some people had a small time window to pre-craft them because the materials weren't needed back then, the rest are stuck without them until the update comes.
