I dont know where to post this. I gave a zeta to hera and her ability is not dispelling debuffs if your pheonix ally is having debuff like stun or daze. Is it working as it should?

Yes, this was discussed many times when assist calls were updated. She does her dispell after the assist, which is why the target is not available. CG won't change it.
