almost 72 hours no access to webstore

I'm trying to log in for almost 72 hours and it still isn't fixed! I asked the support on thursday and the answer was "have patience we are working on it". Asked friday, same answer. Wrote that I got the same answer over 30 hours earlier and then the guy from EA help was annoyed ended the conversation!
Honestly, now I get annoyed too. I get it that it's just a game, but 3 days and neither an end in sight nor any comment from ea/cg..

I'm locked out too. It just keeps asking me to link my account which was already linked eons ago. I'm game help just wants to claim that there is nothing that they can do to help.
