Does upgrading "Reinforcements have arrived" from Level 7 to Level 8 do anything?

The difference between the Level 7 and Level 8 description is that all light side Mandalorian allies attack twice, but according to Level 7 they already do...

Is this a typo, or does the upgrade not actually do anything?

Quick look at swgoh.gg suggests it’s a typo on the level 7 ability, you should only get one assist until level 8.
