You're not the only one and it's happened for quite a long time. It's an adjustment of skill ratings. You were probably closer to the bottom of K1 and the people who got promoted from K2 last GAC had a skill rating above you, so there just isn't enough room and with you being more towards the bottom, you got kicked out.
