Galactic Legend Heir to the Empire Thrawn

Basic Ability: Tactical Manoeuvre
Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict Expose for 2 turns. If the target is already debuffed, inflict Daze for 2 turns. Thrawn gains 1% mastery for each debuff on the enemy team.
If the target is inflicted with a debuff, reduce Thrawn's cooldowns by 1.
If the target is a Jedi or rebel, this attack deals double damage.

Special 1: Long Live the Empire (Cooldown: 5)
all enemies gain two stacks of confused for 2 turns.
Empire and Nightsister allies gain Offense Up and Defense Up for 2 turns.
Imperial Remnant allies gain Foresight for 2 turns.
Dispel all debuffs on all allies and grant them 2 stacks of New Empire for 2 turns.
New Empire: +25% Offense, +5% mastery, and +5% Speed
Jedi and rebel can’t resist or evade
Special Ability 2: Chimaera Assault (Cooldown: 8)
Description: Thrawn calls in a devastating orbital strike from the Chimaera. Starts on cool-down
Deal massive AoE damage to all enemies and inflict Armor Shred on all enemies.
Disable enemy protection and protection over time for 1 turn
Empire and Nightsister allies gain +20 Speed stacking
Imperial Remnant allies gain +20% Offense and Tenacity stacking
Night Troopers summoned during battle gain 50% Turn Meter and Taunt for 2 turns and assist dealing 50% less damage.
Morgan Elysebeths cool-downs are reduced by one
Captain enoch gains 100% turn meter.
Great Mother gain 1000% potency for one turn


Special 3: The Return (Cooldown: 5) Starts on cool-down

Phase 1: What was first a dream
Gain Reconnaissance Buff for 3 turns. Reconnaissance: At the start of Thrawn's turn, scan all enemies and identify the weakest target. This target is marked and has Defense Down and Speed Down for 2 turns. If Thrawn or an ally defeats the marked target, gain Tactical Advantage for 2 turns.
Phase 2: A frightening reality
Summon two stacks "Chimaera Squadron" TIE Fighters. These TIE Fighters have 25% of Thrawn's Max Health and deal bonus damage based on their speed.
Chimaera Squadron: +50% Speed based of half of Thrawns max speed.
While tie fighters are active thrawn can’t take damage until they are defeated.
Once this face deactivate The return for the rest of the encounter.
Phase 3: Today’s Victory is mine
Call in a drop ship for every night trooper ally, excluding captain enoch. Each drop ship on a night trooper will revive them at 100% max health and 100% max protection.
Target drop ship have 10% of each of their night trooper’s max health.
Whenever Thrawn, Balan Skoll, Shin Hati, a night sister ally or Thrawn take a turn or are damaged. Night trooper’s gain a stack of Morale.
MORALE: each stack grants 2% increased damage for all attacks and whenever 1% thrawn, morgan elysbeth, great mothers, shin hati, balan skoll or captain enoch are reduced to 1% health a random night trooper dies and they recover 20% health,
Leader Ability: Heir to the Empire
Description: Empire, Nightsister, night trooper, and Imperial Remnant allies gain +30% Speed, +40% Offense, and +30% mastery.
Whenever an ally uses a special ability, they call a random ally to assist dealing 50% less damage. If the assisting ally is Nightsister or Empire, they deal 20% more damage.
Enemies with fewer than 50% Turn Meter lose 20% Speed
Enemies with more than 70% Turn Meter can’t gain bonus mastery or bonus max health and protection
At the start of the battle, if all allies are Empire, Nightsister, or Imperial Remnant, Thrawn gains +50% Mastery, Health Steal, and Potency. Whenever an enemy is debuffed, Thrawn gains 1% Turn Meter. Thrawn gains the ability THE RETURN
Thrawn gains 2% ultimate charge whenever an enemy damages an ally, he gains 3% ultimate charge when an ally damages an enemy, these are doubled for thrawn.


Unique 1: ATTENTION!!!!!
Thrawn and all Empire and Nightsister allies are immune to Stun and Fear. Whenever Thrawn is critically hit, all other allies gain 5% Turn Meter and recovers 2% Health and Protection.
Whenever a Night Trooper is summoned, Thrawn gains 5% Speed and 20% Critical Damage stacking for the rest of the encounter.
Captain Enoch gains 50% damage reduction whenever attacked out of turn, he also gains 10% health and protection stacking whenever a night trooper is defeated.
Morgan Elysebeth will assist thrawn whenever he uses an ability, if thrawn defeats an enemy reset her cool-downs and grant her a bonus turn.
Great Mothers gain a bonus turn at the start of the encounter, while great mothers are active thrawn gains stealth for one turn whenever he uses an ability.
Balan Skoll and Shati’s unique buffs are permanently active.
Gilard Pellard gains an additional 30% offense and whenever he attacks out of turn he gains a stack of new empire.
Whenever a jedi or rebel gain a buff remove 5% potency, 5% tenacity stacking, Empire allies gain 1% defence penetration, Imperial remnant allies gain 3% potency and 3% tenacity, Night troopers gain 1 speed stacking doubled for captain enoch, night sister allies gain 1% defence stacking doubled for morgan elysbeth and great mothers.


Ultimate: Thrawn! Thrawn!! Thrawn!!!
Final Text: Gain 5% Ultimate Charge whenever an Empire or Nightsister ally uses a Special ability or defeats an enemy. When activated, deal True damage to all enemies equal to 30% of Thrawn's Max Health, remove 100% Turn Meter. Revive all defeated night trooper and Nightsister allies with 100% Health and Protection. Allies gain Tenacity Up and Protection Up (50%) for 3 turns.
Thrawn gains 100% Turn Meter and takes an immediate turn.
Stacks of New Empire are now permanent and can’t be dispelled, stack gains are doubled
reset the cooldowns of all Empire, unaligned force user and Nightsister allies’ abilities.
Permanently decrease the cool-down of Chimera assault by three

Basic Ability: Beskar Spear Strike
Description: Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns. Nightsister and Empire allies recover 5% Health. If target is ashoka tano this attack deals bonus damage.
Special Ability: Servant of the Empire (Cooldown: 4)
Description: Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Defense Down and Offence Down for 2 turns. Grant all Nightsister and Empire allies accuracy up and evasion up for 2 turns. Revive a random Nightsister warrior or Empire ally with 50% Health and Protection. Night sister warriors gain speed up and potency up.

SPECIAL 2: Blade of Talzin (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Deal bonus damage to target enemy equal to 30% of the enemies max protection, increase this by 10% for each stack of plague on all enemies and for each jedi, rebel, nightsister or empire unit in the battle. Your other abilities deal double damage for 1 turn.

Unique 1: Vengeance
Description: Morgan gains +20% Offense, 20% defense penetration and +10% Speed for each Nightsister ally and imperial ally, if there is a galactic legend imperial remnant these bonuses are doubled. When an Empire ally falls below 50% Health, Morgan and that ally gain foresight for 2 turns.
Unique 2: Empire’s Resurgence
Description: At the start of each encounter, all Nightsister and Empire allies gain Health Steal Up and Defense Penetration Up for 2 turns. Whenever an ally is defeated, Morgan gains 100% Turn Meter and +50% Offense until the end of the encounter.



Leader: Survivor
Final Text: All Nightsister and Empire allies have +30% Tenacity, +20 Speed, and recover 5% Health and Protection whenever they resist a debuff. Night sister warriors gain 50% max health and are immune to health damage based effects. Night sister warriors gain an additional 20 speed and 30% potency, whenever a night sister warrior takes a turn they inflict a stack of plague on target enemy which can’t be resisted for 2 turns. When they use a basic they inflict 1 stack of plague for one turn, when they use a special they inflict 2 stacks of plague on target enemy.
Whenever an enemy takes damage they have a 50% chance to gain a stack of plague.







Captain Enoch
Tags: Imperial Remnant, Night Trooper, Imperial Trooper, Nightsister, Empire
Basic Ability: Enforcer’s Strike
Description: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Fear for 1 turn. If the target is already debuffed, Enoch gains 10% Offense (stacking) for 2 turns.
Special Ability: Die Well (Cooldown: 3)
Description: Deal Special damage to all enemies and inflict Fear for 1 turn.
For each stack of fear applied grant captain enoch 10% turn meter and 10% defence penetration stacking for 2 turns.
Night Troopers gain taunt for 2 turns and if they have any debuff’s they are dispelled and replaced with heal over time
This ability can’t be evaded

SPECIAL 2: March! (Cooldown: 5)

All allies gain Retribution for 2 turns.
Call all imperial remnant, night trooper, night sister, and empire allies to assist
Grant all Empire allies Speed Up and Advantage for 2 turns.
All Night Trooper allies gain Offense Up and Defence Up for 2 turns.
Grant 10 stacks of Morale for Night trooper allies
All allies called to assist have +50% Critical Chance, +50% offense, +50% Critical Damage while using this ability. When Thrawn is present, these bonuses are doubled.


Unique 1: Night Trooper Commander
Description: Captain Enoch has +50% Defense and +30% Max Health. When Captain Enoch is active, all Night Troopers gain +15% Offense and +15% Defense. When Thrawn is an ally, Captain Enoch gains +20% Critical Damage and shares 10% of his Offense with Thrawn. Whenever Thrawn uses an ability, Captain Enoch assists, dealing 50% more damage.
When Captain Enoch is defeated, Thrawn recovers 20% Health and Protection.
Unique 2: Leader of the guard
Description: When Captain Enoch falls below 50% Health, he gains Damage Immunity for 1 turn and recovers 50% Health. This effect can only occur once per encounter.
Captain Enoch gains 5% defence and critical chance for each Night Trooper ally. While captain enoch is active Night Trooper allies gain +30% Offense and +20% Speed. When a Night Trooper ally is defeated, Captain Enoch gains 25% Turn Meter, and 5% of their total stats.










Night Trooper
Tags: Night Trooper, Imperial Remnant, Empire, Nightsister
Basic Ability: Undead Strike
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Stagger for 2 turns. If the target is a Jedi, inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns.
Special Ability: survivors (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: dispel all buffs on target enemy and inflict inflict death mark on the strongest enemy, inflict marked on the weakest enemy, and all nigh troopers gain taunt for 1 turn.
SPECIAL 1: Undying Resolve (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: All empire, night trooper, unaligned force user and night sister allies gain 20% Turn Meter and recover 20% Health and Protection. Dispel all debuffs on all alliesr allies and grant them Foresight and Defense Up for 2 turns. Night Trooper allies recover 20% Health and Protection.
Unique Ability: Volunteers
Final Text: At the start of battle, if there are empty ally slots, summon Night Troopers to fill them. Night troopers give thrawn 3% damage reduction per night trooper. Night troopers are immune to stun effects, mark effects, and always critically hit when able.

Unique ability: Reanimated Corpses (Zeta)
Whenever a Night Trooper is defeated, they revive as a Night Trooper Zombies with 50% of their original Health, Offense, and Defense. they can no longer gain buffs from empire allies. Night Trooper Zombies have 30% damage reduction from blaster attacks and take 50% more damage from lightsaber attacks. Night Trooper Zombies have +50% Defense and gain Taunt for 1 turn when revived.
Night Trooper Zombie
Basic Ability: Claw Attack
Description: Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict Daze for 2 turns.
Special Ability: Relentless Pursuit (Cooldown: 2)
Description: Deal physical damage to target enemy and recover 50% Health. If this ability defeats an enemy. Gain Taunt and Retribution for 2 turns.






Gilad Pellaeon
Tags: Imperial Remnant, Empire, Night Trooper
Basic Ability: Precision Strike
Description: Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict Target Lock for 2 turns. If the target is already Target Locked, deal bonus damage equal to 5% of their Max Health.
Special Ability: Imperial Tactics (Cooldown: 3)
Description: Deal special damage to all enemies and inflict Speed Down and Buff Immunity for 2 turns. Grant all Imperial Remnant allies Foresight and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.
Unique 1: Remnant Leader
Description: Gilad Pellaeon has +25% Defense and +20% Speed. When an Imperial Remnant ally uses a special ability, they gain Critical Damage Up for 2 turns.
Unique 2: Iron Will
Description: Gilad Pellaeon is immune to Stun and Fear. At the start of each encounter, all Imperial Remnant allies gain Health Steal Up and Defense Up for 2 turns.







Lifter: Karyn Faro
Tags: Heir to the Empire, Empire
Basic Ability: Tactical Shot
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Accuracy Down, blind and Evasion Down for 2 turns. If Thrawn is present, he gains 5% Ultimate Charge and Karyn and Thrawn gains 5% Mastery (stacking) until the end of the encounter.

Special 1: Tactical Coordination (Cooldown: 5)
Final Text: Thrawn gains an additional 10% Ultimate Charge if he is present. All enemies gain a stack of Debris. Empire allies without taunt gain stealth for 2 turns and outmanoeuvre for 2 turns.
Debris: permanently increase cool-down’s of all enemies by one for the rest of the encounter, max three stacks. At three stacks gain a stack of crippled which can’t be dispelled or resisted. Lasts one turn
Crippled: permanently increase all cool-downs by one for the rest of the encounter, increase ultimate charge gains for enemy galactic legends by 7%.

Special 2: The chimaeras strength(Cooldown: 5)
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Ion plasma and turbo plasma for 2 turns. Empire allies gain Mastery up for 2 turns.
Karyn gains 10% counter chance stacking.
Turbo Plasma: Take 30% more damage from all sources, lose all evasion and resistance.
Ion Plasma: Droids can’t gain buff’s, bonus turn meter and their speed is set to 0.
Mastery up: increase mastery by 25%



Unique 1: First Officer (Zeta)
Final Text: Karyn Faro gains 30% Defense and 20% Tenacity. When Thrawn is present, he and Karyn share 50% of each other’s Mastery, Health, and Protection. Whenever an Empire or Imperial Remnant ally uses a Special ability, Karyn gains 5% Turn Meter and Thrawn gains 2% Ultimate Charge.
Whenever Karyn counter attacks or is called to assist enemies they gain a stack of debris
Karyn can only be called to assist by grand admiral thrawn.

Unique 2: Thrawn’s hand
If there is an empire galactic legend at the start of the encounter Karyn gains a bonus turn. During her bonus turn she can target any enemy, her abilities ignore defence, protection over time, damage immunity, evasion, resistance and she can’t be countered.
All allies gain a stack of new empire, new empire stacks are now permanent.

Final Text: Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Daze, Burning, 3 damage over time for 2 turns.
For each inflicted de-buff Imperial remnant allies gain 1 speed stacking for the rest of the encounter



Special 1: Fleet Admiral's Orders (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Dispel all debuffs on all allies and dispel all buff’s on all enemies for each buff and de-buff dispelled, you gain a random buff for 2 turns.
Gain stealth for 2 turns

Unique 1: Veteran Commander
Final Text: Enemies have -20% critical chance and evasion, If there is am imperial remnant galactic legend Gilad’s de-buffs can’t be resisted
If all allies are imperial remnant at the start of the encounter:
TANKS: Can’t be critically hit with out of turn attacks
ATTACKER: Whenever a tank ally is damaged they gain 10% turn meter
SUPPORT: Recover 1% health whenever they grant a buff to another ally







Great Mothers

Shared Ability: THREAD OF DESTINY (Cooldown: 10)
Final Text: All Great Mothers combine their powers to grant all allies the following buffs for 2 turns: Dispel all debuffs from all allies. Inflict 3 stacks of plague on all enemies. This ability can't be evaded or resisted.
Inflict a new debuff "Threads of Fate" on all enemies for 2 turns and grant all allies the Thread of Destiny buff for 1 turn:
Threads of Fate: Reduces all stats by 20%, gain an additional stack of plague whenever an enemy gains a stack, prevents gaining buffs.
Thread of Destiny: Grants allies immunity to all debuffs and increases all stats by 20%.
Mother 1: Sybil of Thrawn
Special 1: Prophetic Vision (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Grant Thrawn Foresight, Tenacity Up. Inflict all enemies with Defense Down and Offense Down for 2 turns.
Special 2: Astral Guidance (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Grant all allies DARK MAGYK. Thrawn gains three stacks of new empire.
Unique 1: Oracle of the Empire (Zeta)
Final Text: Whenever Thrawn takes a turn the great mothers inflict one stack of plague on all enemies.
Mother 2: Matron of Morgan
Special 1: Enchantress's Boon (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Grant Morgan Elsbeth 20% Turn Meter and DARK MAGYK
Inflict Stagger on all enemies for 2 turns.
Special 2: Witch's Blessing (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Grant all allies Retribution and Speed Up for 2 turns.
Morgan Elysbeth gains overwatch for 1 turn.
Unique 2: Coven of Power (Zeta)
Final Text: Whenever a Nightsister ally or night trooper ally uses a Special ability, they gain Retribution for 1 turn. Morgan Elsbeth gains 5% Offense and 5% Potency whenever an ally gains Retribution. When Morgan Elsbeth uses an ability, Mother 2 assists dealing 50% more damage.
Mother 3: Protector of the Troops
Special 1: Troop Empowerment (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Grant Night Troopers and Imperial Remnant allies 20% Defence stacking and taunt for 2 turns. Captain enoch and Night Troopers gains DARK MAGYK. All enemies take damage equal to 50% of their total speed.
Special 2: Dark Fortitude (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Revive all empty ally slots with night trooper zombies. Night Trooper Zombies gain DARK MAGYK, Grant Night Troopers and Nightsisters Speed Up and Defense Up for 2 turns. All allies gain Advantage for 2 turns.
Unique 3: Guardian of the Fallen (Zeta)
Final Text: Whenever a Night Trooper or Imperial Remnant ally uses a basic ability, they gain Protection Over Time for 2 turns. Night Troopers gain 10% Offense and 2% max health whenever an ally gains Protection Over Time.
UNIQUE: DARK MAGYK
If thrawn is in the leader slot he gains dark magyk for 1 turn at the start of the encounter
Allies dispel stealth and taunt on all enemies at the start of their turn.
Deal bonus damage to jedi enemies based on how much health and protection the great mothers have
Grant a stack of new empire on yourself whenever you take a turn
Increases speed of thrawn while he has the return by 25%












Deathtrooper (Night Trooper)
Tags: Nightsister, Empire, Imperial Remnant
Basic Ability: Unrelenting Assault
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Defense Down and accuracy down. If the target is a Jedi, inflict Fear for 1 turn.
Special Ability: KIA (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to all enemies and inflict Death Mark and Buff Immunity for 2 turns. Nightsister and Empire allies gain 20% Turn Meter.
Special Ability: Serve Forever (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Gain Overwatch, charged shot and give target ally Overwatch and charged shot for 2 turns. call all other death trooper allies to assit.
CHARGED SHOT: Next basic attack ignores defence and deals true damage
OVERWATCH: Whenever Deathtrooper is attacked while Taunting, they counterattack, dealing bonus True damage equal to 10% of the attacker’s Max Health.

Unique 1: THRAWN’S GUIDANCE (Zeta)
All night trooper, empire, and nightsister allies have +30% potencity and +30% accuracy
All summoned night troopers are upgraded to death troopers, whenever a Death Trooper is summoned captain enoch gains a bonus turn, whenever a Death trooper takes a turn reduce captain enoch’s abilities by 1. Whenever a Death trooper is defeated all other night troopers gain a stack of new Empire.

Unique 1: Death's Resilience (Zeta)
Final Text: When Deathtrooper is defeated, he revives as a Death Trooper Zombie
Death Trooper Zombies have 50% damage reduction from blaster attacks and take 100% more damage from lightsaber attacks.
gains the following abilities:




Basic Ability: Shadow Shot
Final Text: Deal Physical damage three times to target enemy, if it wasn't a critical hit deal damage again and gain enhanced overwatch for one turn.
ENHANCED OVERWATCH: Whenever an enemy takes a turn counter attack and deal bonus damage equal 10% their max health.
Special Ability: Reanimated Resilience (Cooldown: 3)
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to all enemies and grant Death Trooper Zombie Stealth for 1 turn. Gain evasion up for one turn.
Special 2: Suppressing Fire (Cooldown: 4)
Final Text: Deal Physical damage to target enemy, deal an additional instance of damage for each defeated enemy or ally, then the enemy and you gain suppressed for 2 turns.
Suppressed: you and the targeted enemy cant use special abilities, gain 100% counter chance against each other, your accuracy, evasion and damage is equalised. At the start of your turn if you use basic it has a 20% chance to instantly kill target enemy, if it fails the enemy can counter attack and they will have a 40% chance to instantly kill you.
