Bug in character screen

I noticed that when i get purple ability mats, that charactets whose abilities i have already maxed out now show a notification that i can equip or upgrade something. The main ones i have noticed are phasma, qui-gon, and luminara. I have all their leader abilities maxed, and they are max level and gear, but the game still shows a number icon that says i can do something, but i can't.
