Shard Shop Refresh

I bought 2 Vader shards this morning and my cooldown time was 16 hours. It's a little unclear whether this is intended or a bug from the new update. I used to be able to buy shards from the shard shop several times a day.

The shard shop has always been 24h delay for me. It isn't like the other shipments.
