Can't purchase items?

I have tried purchasing items multiple times and have even reset my Apple ID password but I'm still unable to buy anything? Anyone else with the same problem?

I would think a fix would be out, I have tried buying every portion of crystals available and the purchase will not go through.

Tried completely erasing my iPad and reloading the op. System and game and still no purchases can be made. Purchases have worked since the update because I bought both ewok bundles. I really enjoy playing the game but would like to be able to make purchases.

Was able to purchase items yesterday and once today but then out of the blue for no apprent reason, it stopped working? Kinda frustrating when your close to promating a player...
