Leia Stealth Cooldown -1 Broken

I used 5 omegas to upgrade her stealth cooldown -1. Thankfully it works on auto and she stays stealthed, stealthing again while stealthed. But, it doesn't work on manual. She comes out of stealth for a turn before being able to stealth again. Her cooldown in manual needs to be fixed.
