Did not recieve currency for shard shop

My game restarted due to an error while Turning in shards at the shard shop. I had 5 poggle and 5 ig-86 from galactic war. I had 650 in currency and after the restart still have 650 and no shards to exchange. This is the third time this has happened to me. Farming grievous is hard enough! Anyway you can help me? I love the game but this is frustrating.
