Kylo Ren retribution

I've noticed that retribution doesn't always work when doing challenges. When bobba or darth vader use their multiple enemies attack even though kylo has the retribution sign on him, he doesn't counter. Maybe that happens during normal battles too, I don't know, i use sim tickets.

Maybe your Kylo Ren dodges the attacks. Then it would be working as intended. No damage taken = no counter attack.
When my Dooku dodges an attack,he also doesn't counter.
