Maybe in the lvl 8 battles? I am almost lvl 74, that's when Light side lvl 8 opens up.

Nope. They said back in march that it will be available with the guilds update.

It's raid gear. It's not out yet.

The devs already said.
The gear will come from guild events, i.e. Raids.
The guild update is coming by the end of the month.
The search button is there for a reason.
