Lower the Dodge rate

The dodge rate is out of control. In Arena Sidious is dodging more than 50% and others way more than 10-12%. And fix the dodge while stunned.
Its getting ridiculous, swiping at thin air for half the time. I would rather there was no dodging at all for anyone instead of this nonsense.

Same here, just had a Luminara dodge 5x in a row and that frustrating cra p never happened before. Couple times? Sure. Five times? No.
