Did AI quigon get a massive buff?

So before i QGJ wouldnt have a bad AI, but certainly not the best. But since the patch i have seen him on a three move cycle, using special special basic. Because of his CD the computer is using specials over half the time which means he is doing guarentees more damage than usual

If ur gonna buff the AI for a toon thats already ranked top 5 in the game than why not buff all AI toons?
U fixed an issue with QGJ AI, but why not AA's use of Its a Trap for no reason? Id say thats a pretty big one
