Does anyone else notice the AI targeting Old Ben last?

No matter where I use him, whether it's light side battles, GW, or in the arena, the AI seems to target everyone but him.

Am I imagining this or is that the way things were designed? It's bad enough he has so much armor and defense it takes forever to kill him, but the AI doesn't even try to kill him.

It further renders his unique ability useless. I've literally never seen him die first to get the buffs. Not once.

The AI, based from my experience, targets the squishier toons first. Try pairing him with tougher characters and see what happens.

I've always noticed that also but started running him with tankier characters and a few times they've killed him early.

I run him with Mace and Lumi who are closer in health but still far behind. He's got impressive health. I've seen him die before mace a few times. He never is the first or second toon to die though.
