I read this earlier and didn't think much of it until I just did my first arena battle for the day.
Was able to steal it and then give it to my ST Han to help him survive a bit more.

Nice bump, now I just need him to hit more. He's whiffing all over the place right now.

I stole Kylo's 'retribution' buff and passed it to my team. I was hoping Kylo would use his AoE so my entire team would bum rush him, but he attacked with his basic instead

He never got 69.9% nerfed... the stat values were wrong to begin with.

I did that once. I almost died laughing when my entire team attacked him and killed him. Good stuff
