QGJ?!

Are any of you noticing gear lvl 9 QGJ in arena? When it doesn't list any place to farm the mats needed for finishing gear lvl 8 . . . Not surprised if I'm missing something obvious, pretty much my fav toon so I'd like to upgrade, anyone tell me what I need to do?

You could craft those items before the update, when the unobtainable pieces werent needed (not even in the game) yet. Those who precrafted these items have a big advantage now, because they can get to higher gear levels and get more protection.
