Barriss' Heal Nerfed?

Any one else notice the level 7 heal for Barriss is now a four turn wait and not three?

Didn't notice but I do notice her basic doesn't heal as often

I see a 4 turn cool down with a -1 at level 6, should be 3 and yeah mine says its 4 though she is L6, defiantly a bug

My client has been reset 50 times since she got to level 6 which was about a month ago.....
