Luke Skywalker's Bullseye shouldn't work with potency right?
This skill should stun and inflict defense down on critical hit
Why everytime i do a critical hit i don't stun? It shouldn't be potency related otherwise it's pretty weak, considering you first have to stun, then you have to beat opponent's tenacity
Can you please tell me if it's a bug? thank you
