Unchanging Arena/Galactic Conquest character tokens

When I try to redeem credits for the character tokens in the Squad Arena and in Galactic Conquest, the same tokens reappear in the same positions. This happens after waiting six hours or paying for the refresh using shards. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, the arena/galactic war rewards are fixed, don't change over time. The same goes for the cantina shipments. Only the normal shipments (shop) and shard shop change every 6 hours.
