FOTP Advantage not working properly

the FOTP's Advantage is not lasting for 3 turns. It is either disappearing as soon as the enemy dies or is disappearing as soon as he is finished with an attack but not on his 3rd turn.

With the new advantage, advantage goes away after next attack for everybody. So the 3 turns of advantage is pretty much worthless.

I assume if he is stunned he retains his advantage to the next turn but i haven't tested this.
