Chewbacca: 3 birds, 1 stone
First off, I think RG is fine the way he is. The problem is that he's the only viable tank right now. Rather than nerf him and make tanks useless, I think it would be better to make more tanks viable. A good party should need a tank, but not necessarily RG.
So, in that spirit, I recommend the following tweak to Chewbacca: modify his leader ability to give him an RG-style auto-taunt that activates if any Scoundrel or Ewok reaches 50% health.
This would instantly make Chewie, Scoundrels, and Ewoks all viable in the Arena (and elsewhere).
While we're at it, I would also drop "Clone Wars" from his name and just call him Chewbacca.
