So explain the turn bar to me?

Ok, I understand the turn bar when I look at my team, its pretty clear to see who's going next out of my team.

What I don't get is how the turn bars work in relation to the other team? Its soooo small I can hardly work it out, would it not be better to show it with a number to say (prior to any buffs etc) who's going?

Is this just a problem for the visually impaired?

I think they keep it small and hardly readable, just like they refuse to display HP

It would be nice if they gave another indicator of who goes next along with turn meter. Sometimes they can all be full or appear that way.
