Still Awaiting Crystals

I reported a problem with the Lando incentive for iOS through the game app itself. Despite registering with Twitter and following the link it never worked and then subsequently was removed.

However I have not had any further response than the 1st reply stating they could not give me the 2* character but 100 crystals for compensation.

I couldn't even reply to the email as it was a no-reply so I have subsequently deleted said email.

1.) - I only wanted a 2* Lando to tick off 1 character for the Vadar Shards achievements.
2.) - 100 crystals is not a kick in the teeth but could buy me a whole 2 shards from the shipments.
