Defense down bug
Just now I was in a galactic war match and Jedi consular hit my ig86 with his force push and it displayed a defense down symbol over his head. After that stuff wore off Talia attacked ig86 with her basic and the defense down symbol displayed over his head again. Neither one of the characters attacks cause defense down.
