Arena Speed...

How is speed determined in the Arena? I ask because a team with a leader with no speed adv always seems to have the AI have every toon hit before I every get a chance to start? Can someone explain this phenomenon to me or how it works?

open a character, bottom screen in the middel is some sort of bar chart icon. you can see the characters stats there (including speed, wich determines who goes first)

Barring any bonuses or turn meter manipulation, toons go in order of their speed listed under their stats.

What team are you using and what team were you facing?
