It's blatantly obvious you guys never test anything. Just keep making everything worse.

Raised level cap before anything above level cap was even remotely ready or available.
Changed the gear requirements AFTER those that had been at the top for a while already crafted those items.
Added the new required items long AFTER you changed the gear. Seriously? How short sighted can you be?

Made claims protection fixed one shotting. Yeah, for one game mode.
GW is FUBAR.

The result: Same teams dominate, GW is extremely boring and a long grind. Oh, and the rewards are the same as always. Increase difficulty and time investment. Do you guys enjoy when your job gives you double your duties but then you don't make any more than previously? Then your boss comes in and says "We are monitoring this ... we'll get back to you in about a few pay checks."

Test your stuff before you implement it. Can't believe this games garbage development.
