If resisted (almost 90%) of time, do no damage at all. Before update - even if ppl resist the dot efffect they suffer a phys dmg. Now this skill is just useless as sidious.....

Also was just in arena against him and noticed he doesn't crit with advantage on his 1 attack. Noticed he proc'd his armor pen on the attack also. Not sure if that negated the crit.

I see this a lot. Sidious is one of my highest characters and one I use all the time for the healing immunity debuff.
Almost every time I use demoralizing blows I get 0 damage and the debuff is resisted.

I thought that happens only to me and that I'm unlucky! I noticed the same, Sid is on my A-team and I'm considering to drop him if this persists. He's useless right now.
