Is Leader Ability incorrect on PvP Leaderboards?

As you can see above this is my Sid on the Leaderboards. He has a 12% crit chance with a 10% crit damage ability. However there is a mistake, the Sid i have in my Character list reads this.
I took this picture before the first picture and ive had this ability unlocked long before my last battle for the top spot.
Is this some sort of handicap or is this an error? Are we being skill decreased so people can have a chance at attacking?
Find out, i must. Being fooled, are we?

Nope, my server is actually pretty weak haha, go look at cosmicturtles server. The guys in your top 5 wouldnt break his top 100 most likely. And btw I had the same glitch as you yesterday.
Haha yea. I still have this problem but nevermind. Im changing my entire team soon so it doesnt matter much
