But I been droping to the 30 ish mark, normaly I am Always in the top 20, Should I put 5* Han in now? or poe?

Have you tried 3-way tank team? Might cause troubles with running out of time, lol. Put Savage and Luminara into the line-up and you can mantain your spot by doing nothing.

My aim was just in-case you make 3-way tank team, otherwise I would make:

Dooku (L)
GS
Phasma
QGJ
Luminara

The same team I run now, I don't know how it fares on defense though, no feedback on it.

I don't have all toons maxed out but my ranking got up like 50 spots since I implemented and assembled this team.

I hoover around 51-100 currently. Only Phasma is 7* though, the rest are 5* and above.

I see I really want to use QGJ but I really want to stick with Savage, at level 76 Currently 75 I will level up QGJ or savage cant Decide for the first ability
