As per Jesse,

"The new event will allow players to earn enough Omegas over a 12-day period to level up a single character's abilities."

Were the Omegas really restricted to a single character?

    I'm pretty sure you'll be able to use them on any level 76 character you want like the other ability material.

    That's correct. Jesse was just trying to give a timetable.
    Edit: By timetable, I mean he was trying to show how long it would take to level up one character's abilities to max.

    I've upgraded QGJ, Dooku, and Lumi. Have my eyes set on either fives or Rey next, depending on who gets to 7* first.
    4/25/2016 - The day General Grevious Shards were reasonably priced.
