Is Old Ben's leader ability EVER going to be fixed?

Like ever? Seriously, how long has it been broken? A month? They've had so many opportunities to fix this one minor issue and it continues to be broken while Dooku lead teams run a muck in arena.

PLEASE FIX HIM FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
