Just wondering, if I downlaod the app on my iPad will I be able to play the same account on both my phone and the iPad? Or will downloading it on the iPad mess up the account on my phone?
As long as your game is synced with your Game Center account, you can log in on the same Game Center account on both devices to play on the same account on both the iPhone and ipad
You can play it on any other iOS or android device. I play it on my PC also. The only thing is when you switch from device to device the app will restart. So if I've been playing it on my PC the alert for an energy refill won't work correctly on my phone until I play it on that again.
