It's to my understanding that offense up overrides offense down, but not vice versa.
So in a battle against an old Ben, using 100 and savage, both with their own offense up buffs. Old Ben uses his mind tricks and neither 100 or savage receive the offense down due to their buffs, seems right to me. However at the start of 100s next turn he drops his offense up and receives offense down. He did not suffer any damage in between turns which would cause him to lose his offense up. This does not happen with savage and his buff.
Been watching for it since I first noticed it and seems to be every time. Would this be a bug or is there something more to this equation I'm missing?
