Missing gear

How can I level my character gear up if the there an gear that's nowhere to be farmed, or it hasn't come out yet? It's supposed to be the gear for required level 73, I'm level 74 and my characters are level 74

They'll become obtainable with the update shortly I'd assume

Yoda requirements are stars, not gear.
