Tier rewards changed.

Since the new update the tier arena tokens have changed. Why did this change from 400 to 300 tokens for the 1001 to 2500 range?

    everyone gets a hundred less tokens at payout from tier 1 all the way to the bottom. but everyone also gets a hundred more from completing the daily activity of doing 3 arena battles
