Ackbar's Tactical Genius Ability rework not working

Not sure if it's been mentioned before.

I have an Ackbar lead I've been trying out and the Tactical Genius ability is not working correctly. The only thing that is happening is that he's calling in the next ally to do an assist. The effect is never applied.

Ok I've noticed a few things since using this a bit more.

I believe the tactical genius effect is applying it simply isn't shown - perhaps this is intended but it is fairly confusing.

Agree. Seems to be working just doesn't physically put up a buff icon.

How is not anyone talking about how great this is for a Rebel team?? My AA, Han, HRScout + Ben and QGJ are extra lethal now!!

I have noticed that Qui Gon Jinn is able to dispel Tactical Genius.

I don't know if this is intended. Would like some clarity.
