I know this is a long post, but please make sure you read most of it before applying. You CAN SKIP the 'Lore' section is you wish
The Jedi in this secret Order were secretly trained by Jedi Council Members who were present in the final years of the Old Jedi Order. It was agreed upon in the Jedi Council to create a secret order in the occasion that the Old Jedi Order were threatened. Yes, that is correct, all of the members of the Old Jedi Order were involved in secret dealings, not just Anakin Skywalker and Quinlan Vos.
However, the secretly trained Jedi did not try to intercept Order 66 from taking place because Yoda instructed them to stay hidden because he knew that the old Jedi Order would fall. He did this by inserting a hidden file located in the Jedi temple's library into the file reader shortly after dealing with the clones with Obi-Wan Kenobi who had infiltrated The Jedi Temple. He also informed us that he would enter a deep state of meditation and erase his memory of The Secret Jedi Order in order to protect us from imperial hands, in the case that Darth Vader or Darth Sidious captured him and tried to access his memory. No one knows whether Obi-Wan similarly removed the information regarding this secret order from his memory. Because of Yoda's message we stayed hidden in order to focus on growing and eventually battling the threat of The Empire. We chose to conceal our identity from The Rebellion who were also combating The Empire in the fear that if The Rebels were defeated, then our existence would be known and threatened. We decided to combat The Empire by ourselves. We are based on the planet Mortis located in the Wild Space region of the galaxy.
Given the previous training by the Old Jedi Order, we are extremely talented light saber wielders. All of us have mastered one of the seven light saber forms (Shii-Cho, Makashi, Soresu, Ataru, Shien/Djem So, Niman and Juyo/Vaapad) and some members even incorporate multiple fighting forms into their light saber combat. When Yoda contacted us telling us to stay in Mortis, he also sent us the entire Jedi temple library's archive of information. With this knowledge we were able to still construct a variety of lightsabers which explains why our members wield a variety in number of light sabers and also of light saber types. Due to the previous presence and activity of the three gods of Mortis, the planet has one of the strongest force auras in the galaxy. This has allowed our members (who have mainly stayed on Mortis in hideout) to have the largest variety of force powers in existence, with the strongest even wielding force powers unseen in the Star Wars galaxy before.
Aim Of The Guild
The current leader board is based on how successful the guilds are in PvE. We aim to come first on this leader board and be the leading guild. It is definitely going to be a competitive guild. Later on, I assume there will be PvP Guild Wars, which we also seek to involve ourselves in heavily and come first too. I want this guild to be the best in the game.
However, I also want the atmosphere in the guild to be fun, especially with the new guild chat. So I'm looking for people who like to talk in the guild chat and are here to stay for the long term. This will give it a warm and homely vibe with a group of tight knit players who have played together for a while and know the players personally. From all of my previous gaming/guild experience, I know that having a group of players who have known each other for a while, get along, and get to know each other (by speaking about both in game and out of game related topics) IS EXTREMELY POWERFUL. It creates an atmosphere that is so hard to attain in any other guild because 99% of other guilds don't have this as their major aim. To me this is probably more important that concentrating on being competitive. It makes people want to stay and feel a level of quality which they will find extremely hard to find anywhere else. And this is why this is my main aim in the guild, with being competitive being secondary, although still a very high priority.
As you can expect with us wanting to share this atmosphere, we have our own Discord chat as well.
As part of the fun atmosphere I will also host guilds events and competitions within the guild. For example, the highest ranked person in arena or in a guild contributions/guild raid damage by the end of the month will get to design the guild logo for the next month, or perhaps I will even buy them (or transfer them money so that they can) crystal packs as a little bonus. We're talking the micro packs here and not the super expensive ones
One of many example of events we will host is role play competitions, for example a 1v1 competition where two people are given a scene and location and have to role play against each other (and the best role player wins). Those watching will vote on who won
Not to mention that I may involve drinking in SOME events too!
Officer posts will be distributed to the most loyal members of the guild over time.
- Must be active daily. I'm looking for people who log on MORE OFTEN THAN once every 24 hours.
You need to have enough time to be able to complete all of your personal battles (Singleplayer battles, squad battles, arena battles, galactic war battles) as well as all of the guild activities and raids. If you are busy and unable to log on, then post it on the Discord's announcements tab in our guild chat and you will not be kicked, otherwise inactive members will be kicked. Exceptions may be made for those who have been in the guild for a long time (and they will be notified that they are going inactive without telling me before hand before they are kicked).
Not to mention the fact that you need to be active in our Discord chat, socialising with members, giving advice, helping people out, attending our guild events and competitions, etc.
- Must fit the sociable criteria and WANT TO to talk on guild chat at least occasionally.
I know people have lives and I know not all the time you will feel like talking and that's fine. It is very important that YOU WANT to meet this criteria, and don't feel forced to socialise in guild chat just because you want to meet the criteria, because then you will not be happy. The main aim of this guild is to create a group of tight knit players who are happy at this guild, familiar with each other and feel at home here. This comes from people wanting to talk to each other and NOT FEELING FORCED TO because it's part of the criteria. Remember, some people will talk more than others and that's fine, but if a homely and sociable guild doesn't sound specifically appealing to you or sounds like something you don't WANT TO do, then you shouldn't apply.
Just to summarise this, the minimum requirement here is that you check in on chat occasionally at your own will. To some it might seem like I made a big deal of this requirement because they do that anyway, but trust me, I've been in some guilds where a member doesn't say a word for months or respond to you when you talk to them.
- Must BE HAPPY and WANT TO download Discord.
As you guys know we are going to create a warm homely vibe where our members are familiar with each other. This will really ground everyone to the guild and make other guilds incomparable and also make it more fun. It will definitely create a stronger connection in our guild and give it that 'warm homely feel'.There's even voice chat and picture sharing on Discord too, however, you can just stick to text if you want to.
Also if something goes wrong in game or I/other members want to speak to each other directly, they can do it through Discord.
So we have a guild chat (where everyone can talk to each other) and you're also able to message members via the Discord DM function.
- Be ranked top 200 in arena.
*If you are not top 200 but have strong characters and can (and will) easy reach the top 200 very shortly, as well the fact that you like the guild's vision/atmosphere/type of guild, then still apply and I'll probably accept you
Rank and strength are nice, but as you can see they're just a bonus and not the main focus of my guild. Despite saying that, we're going to be competing at the very highest level in the future when all of our members increase their strength.
I want this to be the best guild in the game. However, I know realistically this will take time. So I want to strike a balance between someone's initial strength and giving them room to grow and improve. I believe being able to reach the top 200 in arena demonstrates sufficient strength to be competitive in the near future and also is not TOO high for those who really like the idea of this guild to join.
However, as I've expressed before, I'm more interested in members who like the vision of this guild, rather than their personal ranking. Eventually we'll grow together and hit the top ranks anyway.
- Must be willing to adapt to the guild's requirements.
Part of getting to rank #1 on the leader board will be that we put the guild first. It will consist of us discussing tactics (e.g. the best compositions to deal the most damage to the raid boss and thus be placed higher on the leader board). Everyone (including myself) will be expected to follow orders to ensure the successful of the guild (e.g. everyone being told to build a 7* Rey because she is the most effective in guild raids, and everyone needing to comply).
I have big visions for this guild. I hope you can see that through the efforts of my post. Drop your details below to be assessed and sent an invite if you qualify.
