Possibly making a guild?

Still on the fence of if I should join a guild or make my own but I really don't want to have to deal with recruiting XD I suck at it, but I also am a little picky because I want a guild that I can help out in but also a social guild that might get into raiding. Level 73 and ally code is 586537598
