Misleading text in promo pack!

The temporary 1320 crystal promo pack says "guarantee pack of 22 shards from a set of 14 char"
I got 2 times 5 and one 12...so yeah 22 shards in total but it clearly doesn't worth it compared to the 8 pack!

I was expecting 22 for one char...I'm really disappointed.

Next time I'll thing twice before spending crystals.

Total misleading. You're better off just buying the usual chromium data pack.
I wished I had checked the forums before using my crystals too.

Totally misleading, I got only 5 shards for 3 characters. I want my crystals back.

If you noticed, they changed the description of the pack. Now it's "a mix of shard"

Misleading and they need to give a response and a solution to all the players that have buy it thinking they get what was in descrition before the yesterday update - 22 shards of A character.
