Sound issues

Is anyone having any sound issues today? Started up the game & no music or sound fx except in the battles, and even then only certain sounds.

I'm having the same problem. I triple checked all audio settings both in the Heroes app and the Google Games app. The weird thing is it doesn't happen when i play Heroes with my alt account, on the same tablet. Just started on 4/28
