Forbidden words in non-english languages

It's so stupid that We have english forbidden words which make no sense in other languages to be forbidden. For example I cannot write "Misión cumplida" (mission accomplished) and instead appears "misión ***plida"
Can We have our own set of forbidden words ? I can write in the our chat a lot of insults without being forbid
