Poe expose went up?

Several arena battle against droids team with Poe and the expose hit each time 4 to 5 of my team leading to an express victory if failed to kill IG88.
i dont remember the odd was so high to affect expose to opponent that's kinda crazy with only on paper 50% chance with 40% potency

anyone had same "bad rng" for not saying maybe a bug?
