Tarkin kinda sucks right now. No way is he better than poggle for Droids. Tarkin doesn't expose. He offense down. Expose would be amazing tho.

30% chance to remmove 50% turn meter and speed down rebels. Same as expose....

Obi - offense down 2 turns, ability block, 65% chance to remove 60% turn metre. Basically both intimidation and ultimate firepower AoE in one, and stronger. Tarkin is also incredibly slow, opponent will have taken 2 turns by time he acts.

Expose takes an additional 20% of their health the next time they're damaged. Nothing to do with turn meter or speed down.
