Lost crystals

Anybody tried to buy a chromium battle card and the game crashes and they lose their crystals?

Same I called in to EA and they said they were looking into it; a bit later I got some notice saying sorry the glitch is fixed, gave me 500 crystals and it took 1300 from me what the heck was the point of that!

The 500 crystals was given to everyone. I hope you get your own crystals back.
